1. right to exchange or return.

You have the right to change or send back all articles you bought onwww.jacket-concept.com ( webshop ) within 7 days after sending without any specified reason.

The purchase will be definite after these 7 days. Also take into consideration what is mentioned in point 2 concerning this point. ( below )

Take notice that delivered articles  in case of returning stay in good condition. Articles must be returned with the original labels still attached. In case of  damage of the article we keep the right to charge a compensation value.

2. costs of restitution

You can return the received articles within 7 days on costs of www.jacket-concept.com,

to our Freepost number (Antwoordnummer 1610, 6900 VN Duiven)  if it is send from Holland by you. The 7 days guarantee time starts at the day the article has been send to you. Please return the good(s) in time so we can give you this service.

3. prices

The exact price is the price that is applicable at the moment you place an order.All prices are included VAT. The information you find on our internet site and in emails of jacket-concept.com are being offered under the usual  reserves, including prices en specifications of articles.

4. delivery/transaction costs

We deliver the goods inside the Netherlands with TNT Post while supplies last. The time of delivery of an article is usually  between 1 and 5 ( working ) days counted from order date.

For free delivery the order has to be at least for a value of  € 150,00 for Holland and € 200,00 for Belgium/Germany. In special cases Jacket concept keeps the right to charge delivery costs. In that case Jacket concept will inform you as soon as possible.

5.retention

Te article stays property of Jacket-concept until complete payment is done.

6. protection of  personal information

The information that is necessary unwinding the order is just being stored in order to conclude your order properly. Information will only be given to companies which are directly related with jacket-concept.nl.

Jacket-concept keeps the right to analyse your data information and offer you an alternative way of payment. About these decisions and conclusions cannot be corresponded. The laws of privacy will be respected as mentioned in the Dutch privacy law. Jacket-concept will not sell your personal information to third persons.
